Temporary placement fee.
The placement fee for temporary employees( intended to be employed fewer than 180 days) is 25% of total gross compensation.
Nanny hourly wage:
Even though the salary of the nanny is negotiated directly between you and the nanny, you should keep in mind that different candidates come with different expertise which makes their wages and hourly rates vary based on experience, education and skill set.
But to give you an idea of what to expect.
Currently, the market hourly range for professional nannies ranges between $30-$45 per hour. The rate will depend on the candidate’s experience, job description, qualifications, and the number of kids he or she will be responsible for.
Our Generous Guarantee:
Our mission is to find a lasting and long-term match for your family, but we also stand behind our generous 90-day guarantee policy which gives you plenty of time to evaluate the candidate. If things don’t work out within that 90-day time frame from the candidate’s first day of employment for any reason, we’ll resume the search and replace the candidate for your family at no extra charge to you for a maximum of one replacement.
We are human and aware that life happens when we least expect it, so if you contact us after the 90 days replacement period has passed, we’ll give you a prorated discount based on the employee’s first and last day of employment which you can use towards your search for a replacement.
